BRANOgel is a desiccant on clay basis, corrosion neutral, granulated and packaged in bags made out of dust and tear -proof paper or fleece. The drying agents remove the vast majority of moisture out of the air.
BRANOgel desiccant offers protection against moisture (corrosion, deterioration) for sensitive goods. For effective protection to be achieved, the packaging of the goods must be moisture resistant. Each package must be heat sealed and made moisture proof.
Application
BRANOgel packaging drying agents are added to the packaging just before they are sealed for the final time. It should be applied evenly and on top where possible (warm moist air rises). Direct contact of BRANOgel on pure metal surfaces should be avoided. Desiccants which are satisfied with moisture can cause corrosion.
