Dual-sided baking paper based on bleached (CU2) or unbleached (U2) grease-proof paper, 41 g/sqm. With standard siliconization to achieve average release effect properties. CU2 and U2 is unprinted.

Application:

A baking paper for a great range of cakes and biscuits requiring standard release properties (not for savoury lye snacks). Used as a dividing paper in the meat, cheese and confectionary industries; for caterers and restaurants. For baking, roasting, steaming, freezing and dividing. Suitable for temperatures of up to 220°C. The baking paper can be used several times. The baking paper makes working clean and efficient, because there are no more trays or shapes to clean. Even sticky and frozen goods can be removed incredibly easy from the paper. No more sticking thanks to the coating. We recommend covering as much of the paper as possible when baking because it has a positive effect for multiple use.
