BRANOwave is a blue polypropylene double direction Corrugated Sheet, with active VCI corrosion protection. VCI Corrugated Sheets are extremely stable, tear-resistant, shockproof, abrasion-resistant and break-proof despite their light weight.
BRANOwave constantly emit small amounts of corrosion inhibitors (VCI: Volatile Corrosion Inhibitors) and thus help to effectively protect metal parts from corrosion during transport and storage. After opening the packaging, the inhibitors evaporate without leaving any residue and allow for the immediate use of the metal parts without any cleaning procedures.
The protecting atmosphere is, depending on the volume of the package, available after a short time. This holds true even after having opened the package for a short time – the protecting atmosphere will be rebuilt immediately afterwards.
BRANOwave Corrugated PP Sheets can be used for lining mesh pallets, waterproof cover, intermediate layer in mesh pallets and on pallets.

The metal is to be packaged clean, dry, corrosion-free and without remnants from earlier process steps. The denser the outer package, the more permanent is the protective effect.
